2. Our products
Northfall Studio builds focused iOS products and games. Product features may change, improve, or be removed over time as we continue development.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter into our apps and for how you use the product. NorthVault is designed to help you track subscriptions, renewal dates, and cancellation steps, but you remain responsible for confirming charges, subscription status, and cancellation requirements with each provider.
4. No financial or legal advice
NorthVault and other Northfall Studio products are provided as productivity and awareness tools. They do not provide financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
If a product includes paid features, purchases, or subscriptions, payment and billing may be handled by Apple or another platform provider. Refunds, cancellations, and billing management are subject to the relevant platform’s terms and policies.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our products, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components, or use the products in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
7. Intellectual property
Northfall Studio, NorthVault, Vexlo, Synchro, product names, designs, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Northfall Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them except as permitted by law or written permission.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep our products reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may update, modify, or discontinue features when needed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northfall Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
